A. INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY RIGHTS - RIGHT TO USE SERVICES.
All content posted on the website thealassia.com.gr including images, graphics, photographs, drawings, texts and services provided are the intellectual property of the administrator of the site in accordance with the individual agreements with third parties, and are protected against the relevant provisions of Greek law, European law and international contracts.
The use of the services of thealassia.com.gr gives you a limited, not exclusive, non-transferable right to use the services of our website, but only for personal and not for commercial, unfair or other than the intended use.

B. CUSTOMER/USER OBLIGATIONS.
Visitors and users of the websites of the electronic service, thealassia.com.gr accept and undertake not to use these and the electronic service of the enterprise for sending, publishing, sending by e-mail or transmission in any other way of any illegal activity, harmful, threatening, offensive, disturbing, defamatory, defamatory, vulgar, obscene or libelous content.

Upon the conclusion of the contract for the provision of tourist accommodation/distribution services, the customer undertakes to fully pay the accommodation fee upon his departure from the accommodation.
The customer must also comply with the conditions set by the enterprise for its safe stay there and to ensure that the accommodation is delivered empty of its personal belongings and without any damage due to its fault from the use.
C. APPLICABLE LAW - EXTENSION OF COMPETENCE.
The resolution of any dispute that may arise from the interpretation or application of this contract or from the use of the services of thealassia.com.gr, shall be subject to the ratione materiae jurisdiction of the courts of the city of Athens.
The applicable law is Greek law.
D. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY.
The website thealassia.com.gr bears no responsibility for any technical problems presented to users when they attempt to access this website or during their visit to the website and are related to the operation or compatibility of their own infrastructure using the website.
Moreover, it is not responsible for any other information that may be provided to you through our website, but not from us and for the publication of any malicious or abusive content as described above (B).

E. RESERVATION PROCEDURE - PAYMENT METHODS - CANCELATION POLICY
E.1 Reservation procedure
Regarding the reservation procedure, availability indications, day and room selection procedure, information about the features of the accommodation and each room, the number of people it can accommodate, the statement of the number of people you want to stay with you, check-in and check-out times, your choice to participate or not at breakfast, you must follow the steps described in the corresponding points of the website in order to make your reservation successfully.

Before proceeding with the entry of your personal information for the purpose of making the reservation, please read the PRIVACY POLICY posted on the website.
Upon successful booking and receipt of the relevant response from the enterprise, the contract for the provision of tourist accommodation/accommodation services to THE ALASSIA HOTEL ATHENS is concluded.
E.2 Payment methods
For the completion of the reservation procedure, a deposit of 25% of the total value of the stay is mandatory.
The deposit is made through a bank, using a credit or debit card, in the safe environment guaranteed by the bank of your choice.
For the deposit, please follow the steps described on the website in the field concerned.
The deposit is deducted from the total price at the time of full payment settlement.
The risk of late payments, incorrect bank details or incorrect credit/debit card details, invalid or cards with insufficient amounts is assumed by you and no deposit amount is refunded.
The website uses third party services to charge for the services it provides.
The payment mechanism of these services is governed by the relevant regulations and terms of use of the services, in conjunction with these Terms of Use.
The administrator of the website shall not be liable for any error arising from the services of third parties, for the charging of the services provided by the website. For the purchase of services from the website, users agree to charge them through third party services.
E.3 Cancellation policy.
In the case of a cancellation of reservation, the provisions of the Greek legislation, as in force at the date of the cancellation, shall apply Generally, in case of cancellation by the customer, if this is done 21 days before the agreed arrival, the enterprise is obliged to refund the entire deposit, while if the cancellation is made in less than 21 days, the deposit is not refunded and the enterprise is entitled to request half of the total amount of the stay.
In case the reservation has been made from the beginning within less than 21 days from the scheduled date of arrival, half of the deposit is refunded to the customer only if the cancellation is made before half of the time interval between the date of the reservation until the scheduled date of arrival.
In the event that exceptional circumstances for which the customer is not responsible impose this, the cancellation, even if it is made in less than the above-mentioned days, may not have the above effect (withholding of half of the deposit), after arrangement with the enterprise or if the legislation so requires.
In the event that the cancellation is made for reasons of force majeure, the deposit will be refunded in full, if requested. If you wish to transfer the reservation period after the end of the force majeure event which prevented you from staying during the initially specified period, the deposit is not refunded but is deemed to have been given for the new reservation period.
In case the cancellation comes from us, we will refund the deposit in full, if you do not wish to postpone your reservation for another period.
